Film director and writer born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1991. My films have premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, and Toronto International Film Festival. My work often explores psychological horror through a sensual and naturalistic lens. I have also worked as a cinematographer and colorist.

‍ ‍My first short film, THE CRY OF THE OXEN, premiered at the Cartagena Film Festival and received several international awards. In 2017, my second short film, SWEDISH COUSIN, premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival and went on to win awards at BAFICI and Huelva, amongst others.

My third short, MONSTER GOD, premiered in the Official Short Film Competition at the Cannes Film Festival, where it was nominated for the Palme d’Or and won the Jury Prize under the presidency of Claire Denis. The film later received the Golden Camera 300 at the Manaki Brothers Film Festival.

My debut feature film, TO KILL THE BEAST, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.The project was previously selected for the Script Station at Berlinale Talents and participated in BAFICI BAL and Bolivia Lab. The screenplay received awards at the Festival de Cine de Huelva and the Mar del Plata International Film Festival.

In 2020, I was selected to be a fellow of the ROLEX MENTOR AND PROTÉGÉ ARTS INITIATIVE as the apprentice of director, composer, actor and Broadway talent, Lin-Manuel Miranda from 2020 to 2022.

I co‑wrote BELÉN, an Amazon MGM film shortlisted for the Academy Awards, nominated for a Critics Choice Award and winner of a Goya Award. I also co-wrote Argentina’s first Spotify Original fiction series, NÚMERO OCULTO, and am currently developing a project for the BBC to be directed by Janicza Bravo.

‍ ‍PSYCHE (currently in post) marks my English‑language feature debut, starring Noah Jupe and Isabela Merced, with an original score by Cristobal Tapia de Veer (White Lotus). I have also recently completed post‑production on MANHOOD, a Spain‑Argentina short film funded by Rolex.
